Meet Our Team

The passionate people behind Brick Frog's creative sessions

Janine

Janine

Hello, I'm Janine - a Lego enthusiast, and a professional with almost 20 years of experience supporting vulnerable adults and young people in trauma/psychologically-informed environments. I am driven by the belief that new possibilities can always be built, whether with Lego bricks or through meaningful human connection.

I enjoy facilitating our LEGO sessions because they are a fun and safe space, designed to be playful and low-pressure. Our relaxed atmosphere makes it easier for people to engage, express themselves, and build confidence. My favourite LEGO genres are Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings!

Charlotte

Charlotte

Hi I'm Charlotte! I'm a mum to 2 lovely boys, a forest school leader, an early years practitioner and a ceramic artist! I've worked with families and children from all age groups, backgrounds and abilities for the last 18 years. I'm passionate about creating warm, friendly and inclusive environments for families, as well as providing open-ended creative play opportunities for all.

And that's why I enjoy facilitating our Lego sessions so much! Hope to see you there!

Why We Do What We Do

Janine and Charlotte are committed to creating magical experiences for children of all abilities. Together, they bring years of experience, boundless creativity, and a shared passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through the joy of LEGO.

Their combined expertise ensures that every child who joins a Brick Frog session feels welcomed, supported, and excited to explore their creativity.
